1. About Us Soul is a stationery and lifestyle brand offering notebooks and tote bags inspired by art, mindfulness, and meaningful quotes in Arabic and English.
2. Products & Customization Our notebooks are available for customization. Custom quote requests must be sent to us for confirmation before your order is finalized. We reserve the right to decline a customization request if it cannot be accommodated (for reasons of length, content, or production constraints). Customized items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable except in cases of damage or a printing error on our part, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including InstaPay. Cash on Delivery, where available, is subject to the conditions stated at checkout.
4. Shipping We ship across Egypt, with delivery costs calculated based on governorate at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, location, or unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details, including guidance for areas not listed separately (such as Helwan, 6th of October, Ain Sokhna, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, or the North Coast).
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation We may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before shipping, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed or verified.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, artwork, quotes, and content on this website are the property of Soul Studio and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability Soul Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
