Shipping policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship within Saudi Arabia only.

Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of 30 SAR applies to all orders across Saudi Arabia. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Times

• Ready to Ship: in-stock bags are delivered within 7 days of your order.
• Pre-order: bags are printed and finished especially for you after your order is placed, then shipped within 15 days.
• Custom orders: delivery times are agreed with you when your design and price are confirmed.

If your order includes both Ready to Ship and Pre-order bags, we may ship them together once the Pre-order bag is ready.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
All delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, public holidays or events outside our control may occasionally happen, and we'll keep you updated if your order is affected.

Address Details
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
